The World Health Organisation (WHO) defines pharmacovigilance as science and activities related to the recognition, assessment, understanding, and prevention of adverse reactions or other drug-related problems and risks.

In recent years, the regulatory requirements for marketing authorisation holders in the field of pharmacovigilance have increased significantly at both the European and national level. Accordingly, we have continuously expanded our pharmacovigilance service offering over the past ten years:
